Homecare Software Support As a new client of ours, your software implementation is not left to chance. We base all implementations around a proven methodology we’ve modeled from working with hundreds of different agencies, and we personalize the experience based on your agency's specific requirements. You’ll work one-on-one with a trainer through the implementation process who will monitor your progress.

Webinars and Continuing Training and Support


Live instructor led webinars are typically offered twice a week on different areas of the system. Whether it be for existing users brushing up on new features or new office staff, anyone can attend our live webinars free of charge.

Customer Service and Support


For on-going assistance during normal business hours, our support team is available via Live Chat directly from the Help button in Generations. We are able to assist you via remote desktop viewing and direct you to specific areas of Generations. Furthermore, since our staff are trained in all areas of Generations, you can be assured the answers you are given are based on effective proven methodologies and system design. Our extensive on-line Help documentation is always up to date and includes screenshots and examples of how to setup and then effectively use your Generations database.
