Call-Center Auto Attach
Call Center entries will now auto attach to notes and auto update notes when edited. Auto-attach is enabled by default but can be turned off in Company Settings | Other Options.
Caregiver Referral Tracking and Reporting
Use the caregiver referral tracking and reporting feature to find out where your agency is the most successful in obtaining and retaining qualified caregivers. To utilize, first create referral sources you want to track in the caregiver referral source mast list. Next, assign the referral sources to your caregivers. More meaningful data can be obtained when applicant date, hire date, and term date are completed.
Ability to restrict dashboard access to admin users only. (note if not restricted to admin user only, users are still restricted to view data based on their permissions).

Electronic Signature for Schedule Time and Tasks (TTS)
You now have the ability to
require a signature when the caregiver completes their
scheduled visit. Signatures work in conjunction with
Generations Telephony and can be required for the
caregiver or both the caregiver and client. Signatures
are obtained via the mobile app or website, therefore, it is
preferable for caregivers to use the app for logging in
and out of their scheduled visits. If caregivers use phone based
telephony, they will need to login to the mobile app
or site upon completion of their visit in order to sign.
Administrator / Office Staff Change Highlights
Enable electronic signature and update client requirements in Company Settings | Telephony tab. There is a new tab named Time / Task Signature.
Client Personal Data tab has a group for Time / Task Signature default setting that are utilized for signature defaults when creating schedules.
Edit Schedules has a Time/ Task signature tab displaying the requirements for the schedule, signatures obtained, and links to notify caregivers or clients if a signature is required but not yet obtained.

Generations Charting: Customizable Care and Wound Notes
Care Notes are customizable notes your agency can create and require to be completed during the scheduled visit. Care notes incorporate electronic signature functionality by requiring any completed note to be signed. You can create more than one custom note format.
Wound notes facilitate the documentation and management of client wounds. Documentation can be done by pinpointing the wound on one of several body images and also by photo upload via the mobile app. Wound notes also incorporate electronic signature functionality by requiring each completed note to be signed.

Administrators design custom Care Notes in Company Settings.
New Charting tab in client profile displays history of all competed care and wound note, and enables you to set client specific defaults for enabling or requiring notes.
Edit schedule new Charting tab displays details of completed Care Notes and Wound notes for that schedule.
New Charting Management page found under the Schedules menu enables users to manage the Care and Wound Note process including sending notifications, approving, and denying notes.
Caregivers and Clients

Required notes are enforced prior to the caregiver logging out of the app. If your caregiver is using phone based telephony then they will need to complete the notes using the mobile app or website.

Auto Notifications for Caregiver Reminders
Generations will automatically notify caregivers 7 days prior to reminders coming due. To enable notifications for specific reminders you need to edit the reminders master list and check the Auto Remind Caregiver box. Reminders will be sent as email and app notifications.

Client needs can now be designated as required at the client needs tab.
Scheduling alerts for missing needs can be enabled in Company Settings | Calendar options.
Caregiver Search has been updated to filter for required or all needs.
